As anticipation grows this awards season, A24 will re-release SING SING in theaters on January 17, 2025, giving audiences another opportunity to experience this remarkable story.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Colman Domingo’s Golden Globe nomination for his extraordinary performance in SING SING. Domingo’s portrayal of John “Divine G” Whitfield, a founding member of RTA, captures the emotional journey of an incarcerated man who finds purpose and healing through theater. This nomination is the latest recognition of his outstanding work.

At the recent Gotham Awards, SING SING received well-deserved acclaim, with Colman Domingo earning the award for Outstanding Lead Performance. Clarence Maclin, a former participant in RTA’s theater program, was recognized with Outstanding Supporting Performance. These awards celebrate the authenticity and depth of the film, which features a majority cast of RTA alumni.
