Homecoming 2026: Celebrating Community and 30 Years of Impact

RTA’s 2026 Annual Homecoming was both a joyful reunion and a milestone moment for our community. Last year alone, more than 40 alumni returned home—and this celebration gave us the chance to welcome them, honor their journeys, and stand alongside them as they continue building what’s next.

This year, our women alumni were the majority in the room, shining a well-deserved light on their leadership, resilience, and accomplishments. Their presence reflected the strength and growth of our women’s programming and the expanding circle of support around it. Seeing so many women thriving, reconnecting with peers and family, and sharing their goals for the future was a powerful reminder of what sustained opportunity can make possible.

We were also proud to announce that this year marks RTA’s 30th anniversary. Celebrating three decades of programming alongside the very people who carry this work forward made the moment even more meaningful. Homecoming has always been about reunion—but this year, it also felt like a celebration of legacy, growth, and the future we’re continuing to build together.

Thank you to everyone who makes this community so strong.
