The Abbey Inn & Spa was filled with warmth and inspiration on October 24, 2024, as the RTA community came together for our annual Gala.
From moving personal testimonials and spoken-word to musical performance, the evening was a celebration of resilience, artistry, and the community that sustains our work.
Our alumni took center stage, sharing their journeys and demonstrating what it truly means to trust the process—even when the path to change is challenging. Through their stories, they reminded us of the resilience that arises when people have the support and space to freely express themselves.
We also heard from the filmmakers of SING SING, who spoke passionately about the importance of RTA’s mission. A special video message from SING SING co-star and Academy Award nominee Colman Domingo, along with personal introductions by RTA Board Director Karin Young Shiel, showcased just how powerfully the arts can transcend barriers.
To those who couldn’t join us, please know that your presence was missed, and your dedication resonates in every success we achieve.
